This article is for all regions
After writing a few strategies for applying to the Nordic countries on Xiaohongshu, I received a lot of private messages. It seems that everyone will be entangled in whether to apply to the Nordic countries, and entangled in which region of the school to apply for. My advice here is: just do it!
I don’t know what everyone is entangled about. Are you afraid of paying the application fee? Or are you afraid of paying the agency fee? Are you afraid that you will not be able to apply? Because in my opinion, applying to a school, as long as you prepare the materials for one school, the other schools are basically copy and paste. I was busy for half a month to collect all my materials, and then I applied to one school almost every day, from registering an account to submitting.
About the application fee: Really, classmates, this amount of money is really not a big deal in your study abroad career. Maybe for students in the third and fourth years of college, it feels that 600 yuan (the application fee for Swedish schools) is quite expensive, but looking at the whole thing, it is not impossible that studying abroad determines a person’s life, so if you have the opportunity to go to the school you want to go to, you really don’t have to care about this application fee.
About the agency fee: Don’t look for an agency, really, the agency is a bit of a scumbag, see my other posts for details.
Afraid of not being able to apply: I feel that all schools have opportunities. How do you know if you can’t apply if you haven’t applied? Why not give it a try if you have a dream school?
Regarding the application ranking of Swedish schools, my suggestion is that you should put the school you want to go to the most at the first place and that’s it!
So again, just do it and you’re done. Don’t worry about it before applying. Wait until you get the offer!
